Bada Studio was founded by Made Dirgantara and Maurizio Moeis on a simple idea: that design works better when it knows its place.

We grew up in Indonesia—moving through tropical heat, learning how local materials behave, watching how buildings settle into this landscape. That understanding, built over years, lets us create spaces that feel at home in their sites, responding to light and breeze in quiet, gentle ways.

Today, we are a team of dedicated designers crafting tailored architecture and interiors. We take on upscale homes and bespoke hospitality projects that honor cultural roots, celebrate local materials, and pay attention to the small things. Above all, we listen to the land, and to the people who share their vision with us.
